Breathtaking course in incredible condition. We played in September 2024 and was certainly the highlights of our golfing year. An absolute gem of a golf course nestled in the middle of Poole. Can't wait to return.

What a fantastic place to play golf, the course was in immaculate condition and played very well. Greens were fast and consistent. The course provided a good challenge but there’s plenty of options to score well if you are on top of your game!

Played a lot of Courses, but Parkstone is different class! Great condition...with each hole being something different. Loved it!

Amazing course, in fantastic condition. Lucky enough to be invited as a guest to Parkstone. What a day. The course is a good length, a mix of parkland and heathland with a woodland section as well. Very varied, which makes it even more fun. Greens were fast and also true. Fairways in great condition. Tee boxes are good and flat, I've putted on worse condition green's. I would recommend you take the opportunity to play here if it presents itself.

Played Parkstone yesterday after some of the worst rain I've seen, i couldn't believe the condition the course was in, it was immaculate! The course layout is by far the best I've played with each hole offering something different and lot to think about. The views from the golf course are just simply stunning! The marshal Nick had fantastic knowledge of the course which really helped when navigating the course. All staff are very welcoming and nothing is to much bother. Cant wait to come back and would highly recommend this course to anyone!

Just finished another brilliant lesson with Natalie. She is gradually reconstructing my swing (full of bad habits) with much patience and positivity. Now every time I go to the golf range or course I see significant improvement. A 30 minute lesson can make such a difference and Natalie makes it fun too!

I've had a couple of really helpful lessons with Natalie. She listens carefully as I try to explain where I think I need to improve and she has lots of ideas that I'm sure will help. I have a slight issue with a stiff back and Natalie is looking into good stretches to help with this and to avoid future problems.

Having never even picked up a club I decided to have a taster session today with Natalie at Sherborne. I absolutely loved the taster session. Natalie encouraged me right from the beginning by showing me how to hold the club, what to work on and her enthusiasm and encouragement were amazing. I am so excited about future lessons with my new venture. Thank you so much.

Enjoyed it, nice varied course and lovely clubhouse. Will update this soon - playing here again next Friday 🏌️‍♂️⛳ - today wasn't a particularly good at to visit, soggy and breezy, when the weather improves it'll be great again. Unfortunately today, to paraphrase Lemony Snickett, 'just a series of random golf holes' not the courses fault. Wonderfully friendly staff and great food.

Decent course. Not worth the price for Non-members. Brand new TopTracer range is very good. Winter golf can be quite boggy. Good enough course to have fun and play well, wish they were on GolfNow so I could get a more appropriate course price.

Such a lovely golf club, came here to practice our swing (not very experienced golfers). The range is beautiful and you can hit off real grass, a useful experience when you're a beginner. The putting/pitching course is amazing. Visited the gold shop to look around and the service was really friendly, didn't feel out of place. Wish I was good enough to go out on the green, must be amazing.

A good friend and I travelled to play an open competition at Sherborne recently. Not only was the course in good condition, but the staff made us feel very welcome and appreciated. Even the captain made time to introduce himself and make us feel at home. This course will ask questions of anyones game, regardless of ability. If you’re thinking about visiting, then book yourself in, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you to all concerned.

A very friendly welcome from the pro shop on arrival with a good hearty breakfast in the clubhouse with a warm welcome. Weather conditions were overcast with a good downpour after 15 holes, but this did not stop us having a good days golf ⛳️. The course was heavy under foot from the previous day’s ☔️ rain but the fairways were nice to play off if played clean off the preferred lies, as for the greens they are very fast for November and very true. All in all a good away day worth a trip 👍

A long but relatively gentle course. It has some curious bumps, hollows and short narrow gorges running through the middle holes of the course, which can present a few challenges to a visiting golfer. The greens also can be a tough read. In essence though a fair test for all. Our welcome from the Pro shop, other members and staff in the club house was very friendly. Expect we might try again next time we are holidaying in the area.

Lovely golf club, super clubhouse. Great views from the clubhouse terrace and the course was in excellent condition, some of the fairways are fiendishly difficult, lots of little lumps and bumps to throw the ball off course. Even with a good shot straight down the middle you can end up with a very demanding lie, it certainly gets your attention.

70s and 80s night arranged at the Oake Manor Golf Club. Fantastic night. Only £20 for a hot buffet, disco and live music. Venue was fab, food was lovely, grounds are lovely, ample car park and the staff just wonderful. Service was good with plenty of bar staff and waiting staff clearing the tables. Only 2nd time I have been there but looking forward to visit number 3. Well worth the money.

The food is nice and you get quite a few options no reason to leave without being happy and full after a good boogie. Good access to toilets parking you can drop off then a little further on is the car park.

Myself and my partner in the last week recently got married here at Oake Manor 😊 Cannot say just how pleased we were with the whole experience itself, the team at Oake Manor itself are outstanding and helped with the smooth running throughout the day. In particular Ginny the wedding co-ordinator who honestly went above and beyond. When we first met Ginny you could tell she is genuinely passionate about her job and making your day as perfect as can be. When I spoke about our wedding theme and wanted to have it all multi-coloured she was just as excited about it as I was, it was great to have her as enthusiastic about it the same as me 😊 when I came to her with my ideas nothing was too much and honestly felt like having her help with planning made the whole process a lot less stressful then I had imagined it to be. A lot of things were included within the wedding package itself which meant there were extras I didn't need to worry about, Ginny and Oake Manor itself provided a lot and did all the setting up of the wedding the night before! We had lots of different options with pretty much everything! Ginny & the team on the day of the wedding were amazing and cannot praise them enough! Friends, family & our photographer commented throughout the day how lovely the staff, the food and the setting itself was and what a wonderful day it was!! Already thinking about renewing our vows in years to come and doing the whole thing again at Oake Manor!! I would 100% recommend Oake Manor to any future couples looking to get married, wish I could do it all over again! There are not enough words to say how grateful we are.. thank you all so much for making our big day really special ❤️

Lovely course, well prices, friendly staff and members. When taking all into account I am giving this 5 stars. The course itself is good quality with a proper length to the par 4 and 5 holes. Greens are immaculate and quick. It's not quite a championship course but given it's £13 for a twilight round if you prebook on the website it's great value. Even peak time rounds come in at under £30. The clubhouse is nice. Good selection of drinks and a nice area to sit a chill after a round. There is an outside patio nearly completed right by the 18th green which will be superb on a warm day/evening. Staff and members are very friendly and helpful. I will play here time and time again.

Teriffic round at Crane Valley GC. Played like a donkey, but that wasn't down to the course, which wasn't long, but was technical in places. Hit some good shots, but also some shockers, think I should have left the putter in the car too ! Enjoyable course, even in the drizzle !

Crane Valley Golf Club offers a great dining experience. The food was simply amazing, with a variety of delicious options that cater to all tastes. The service was equally impressive, with attentive and friendly staff ensuring that every need was met promptly. A special mention goes to Jon, whose professionalism and dedication significantly enhanced our visit. Highly recommended for both golf enthusiasts and those seeking a memorable meal in a beautiful setting.

We have had our annual group members (for 80 members, though we could easily fill more places) afternoon cream tea at Crane Valley for the past 3 years. Every year they provide the same superb food and service. Nothing is to much trouble for the staff, the facilities are top notch with the 80 place function room with bar and lounge area with views over the scenic golf course down to the lake. Highly recommended.

Our first ever round at BWDGC, and I have to say that the course was fantastic. Spectacular views, some outstanding holes, especially the 6th, and it was in great condition. A very warm welcome from the staff on arrival and everybody could not have been friendlier. Everyone we spoke to during the day, including other golfers, made our visit most memorable. I would definitely recommend a trip to all golfers, and I hope to visit again someday.

First visit, very impressed with the facilities, loved the 6th hole and the course location on the coast. The stunning weather enhanced our experience. The only negative is the risk to the general public/walkers.

Played it in early Oct., course was brilliant, ocean view on several of the holes, rolling hills, sheep & livestock in the backdrop. Course didn't really look that hard, but with the wind it sure did play that way. Lots of deep rough to avoid, a few stone walls to avoid, greens were in good condition. Will definitely want to play again when back over next year. Worth the trip.

The location is absolutely stunning, with cottages that have a distinctly Nordic charm, surrounded by tall trees that enhance the serene atmosphere. Everything about the place was fantastic – the spacious rooms, spotless cleanliness, effective heating, and the thoughtful architecture. The balconies and private saunas in each cottage were the icing on the cake. It truly felt like a holiday in a Nordic country, without actually traveling there.
