She arrives on time and gets stuck in going above and beyond to make sure you are happy with her efforts. Had an oven & hob clean by Jo and she did a sparkling job! My wire racks are all shiny and new and the inside of my oven is so clean! Glass is polished and hob has all the small bits I struggling to get off myself removed. Very happy with it!

Excellent high quality clean from Smith & Co. Friendly, professional and organised during booking, we were fitted in at relatively short notice. Team of 3 was provided and worked a very long day to complete our job to an extremely high standard. We felt the charge was very good value for money and would not hesitate to book again. End of tenancy clean. They did an excellent job getting the property back to a good condition to hand back to the Landlord that evening. They were very thorough, very competitive and the staff very friendly. I selected them as a local privately owned company with no prior knowledge of them. We had the team from All Seasons Cleaning in yesterday to clean our ovens and sofas. What an amazing job they did - the ovens actually look brand new and the 10 year old sofas that have never been cleaned look fantastic. They even managed to pull in an area of carpet with marks and stains that we hadn’t actually booked in with them. A very thorough and professional service at very reasonable prices - would definitely recommend ☺️

Great service from the team Oct/Nov for carpets, oven and kitchen. Particularly difficult stain on tired carpet treated and the team came back and re-cleaned afterwards providing a good finish. David came out to clean a rug and our carpet after we weren’t sure what was on it and it was leaving an unpleasant odour. He arrived on time, was very polite and professional, explained to me what he was doing throughout and clean the carpet and in turn the odour perfectly. Carpet looks good as new and he comes highly recommended. The price was a lot less than hiring a carpet cleaner and came with professional advice and cleaning. Thank you!

As soon as I had enquired about a quote, David got in touch and we booked in a suitable date and time. David was even able to attend the job earlier than booked and start promptly. All I can say is I feel like I've got a new living room!! We had our carpet and sofas cleaned, and I was so surprised at just how dirty they were. I have used The Welcome team for some time now to clean our 2 Holiday Cottages. I have always found them to be very professional, friendly and accommodating. They are always very punctual and reliable and do a lovely job of cleaning our properties.
