Held a surprise party here. Couldn't have been better.
From the time of first making my enquiry through to the day of the event the staff were brilliant.

We called ahead and got the thumbs up from the owner to park our motorhome for the night. It was their trivia night so the carpark was fairly full. Thankfully there’s plenty of space so we were able to tuck ourselves away in a nice quiet level corner. No camper facilities provided at this one, but the pub itself was charming. The staff were very inviting, the food was great, and the drinks were cold. We would highly recommend this pub as a camper or as a regular patron.
Stayed with our camper van for one night. Did call ahead to get permission
Was there in time for Sunday lunch, which was delicious and generous portions. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We were made to feel very welcome.

What a fabulous venue to host our training, social event. The function room is beautifully decorated and was perfect for what we needed. The staff couldn’t have done more for us. Super friendly, helpful and kind.
So much free parking to the rear and ideally located right on the A30.
Thank you so much we had a fabulous time and will be booking our Christmas party with you.
