Had a fantastic evening family meal. Lovely service overseen by Lara in the restaurant and Orla in the pub.
Cameron the head chef delivered delicious 3 courses to 5 of us and the starters by Alex were top notch. How someone so young cooked the calamares to perfection on such a busy night is amazing. Thank you all - will be back soon!
We had a meal here on the Sunday night and it was beautiful. Even though it was 8pm, they still offered a Sunday roast which was fantastic, and we also had the fishcake which was superb. Really nice atmosphere and friendly staff, very attentive. Honestly the food was so good and a perfect evening meal. Excellent value for money.
So just returned form a lovely afternoon tea at Bistrot Pierre, a gift from my work friends for my significant birthday. The afternoon tea was really lovely but it was the care and customer service that made this exceptional. I had to change the booking a few times and the email communication from Emily and Orla was kind and helpful. Today the service from Lola and Marcus was second to none, Lola particularly was attentive without being intrusive. If you are able to visit you’ll not be disappointed - I’ll definitely visit again 😊
Came again for lunch, and we did make a reservation. It's a Sunday and glad we arrived before the Sunday crowd, was almost packed. We got the two-course lunch which was less than £20 per person. Great value for the portions and quality. I like it that foods not too salty for my liking. The chicken Diane sauce tho had tad too much alcohol for my taste. Calamari was lovely, and tomato soup was creamy. Service can be slow but they are very prompt in responding to complaints.

Walked in to restaurant and managed to get seats and be served, even though was only 5pm. Ordered beef Bourguignon and the pork medallions plus a beer and a glass of sparkly. Lovely service. Good portions and tasty, especially the sauces, so full we didn't have room for dessert.
Had a really nice stay here, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious and served promptly and professionally by Emily and Paula.
Also really well decorated for xmass as this is when we stayed!
