Very thorough and got the job done.
Had a problem with the circuit board which kept tripping. Diagnosed the problem over phone by telling me which relays to switch on and off to test the circuit. Turns out it was the lighting ring. I was able to keep all sockets running without tripping the board which was great as I working from home.
Came within next couple of hours and went through checked board then the lighting ring and found the problem with an outdoor light. No more problems once disconnected.
Cleaned up after themselves and everything was put back as it was.
Call this company first! They know what they are doing.

Needed our old electric shower replacing with a new one, the job turned out to be more difficult than we 1st thought due to our old dodgy wiring and me buying a shower that turned out to be faulty. Ashley worked really hard, also helped us with arranging the return of the faulty shower. Thank you
