The service here is exactly what's needed - just great all round; fast, efficient and they're clearly very well trained. I arrived during a significant peak and hardly a wait.
There's plenty of seating options including some large bench seats for bigger groups.
Not as large as the Sutton Coldfield branch, but still, it feels exactly like its sibling. I love the historic, comfy lounge interior. Its difficult to extract from it. The staff are awesome. They deliver excellent quality coffee.
A coffee Chain serving great quality coffee. The staff are extremely friendly and the quality of coffee was really good. Was nice to be able to have two different options of coffee blend. The seating is really comfortable and nice relaxed atmosphere. It is great that they serve a gluten-free and dairy free cake option ( black currant crumble ) and lots of other gluten-free and and vegetarian options. Would be great if they had more options for gluten and dairy free or vegan cakes/biscuits.
Was served very quickly and service with a smile. Will definitely be visiting her again.

A really, really lovely place. Lots of options, good for GF. Staff friendly. A lovely atmosphere with the presence of a relaxed guitar player.
