I have been going here for quite some time. And honestly, one of the best if not the best Kurdish/middle eastern restaurant in Birmingham. The others are either too small or the food is not quality. Awa has great food that is consistently good. They should really update their menu and they left off a lot of stuff they serve.

The Fish at this restaurant is absolutely amazing! Full of flavours and beautifully presented. The atmosphere isn't bad, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. It’s clear that a lot of care and passion goes into everything here. We definitely will come back!
Me & a friend of mine drove from London to Birmingham. There are no words to describe the Authenticity of the food. The flavors are very rich and the meat is beyond tender. It literally falls off the bone.

Awa is a fantastic spot for amazing kebabs and fresh, flavorful fish dishes. The food is top-notch, and the friendly staff create a welcoming atmosphere. A special mention to Mr. Jamal, the owner, whose warmth and hospitality make the experience even better. Highly recommended!
