We are very happy with our experience, we went in not knowing too much about what our axelotl would need and Gavin was a huge help, me and my girlfriend are very pleased with how well the customer service was, took his time to explain how to sign up to app and get discount, if this guy isn’t a manager already, make him one!
So I had 2 guinea pigs, and one had to be pts. Went to Epsom as they were the only shop with female guinea pigs. Was planning on buying 1 but couldn't leave just 1, so I brought both. I now own a trio of piggies. The staff in this store are very friendly.
Reliable shop, always have what I need. Wide selection of different pet food and accessories. Also have live pets, like hamsters, rabits and fish.
Really appreciate the staff there. Went with my son just to look at the fish and rabbits. They very kindly offered to let him feed both even though it wasn't the time for it. Great staff. Thank you
