Peter and his team were expcetionally amazing with customer service knowledge and expertise !! I would highly recommended them so much love and care for the animals and my pup was in the best of hands had an operation we were worried anxious and they all reassured me and promised she will be fine ! Thank you to them and Peter the vet she is healthy happy pup and is recovering from the procedure . I can’t thank them enough for what they did your are all amazing I would give more than 5* . I have been bringing my cat here since they opened; I transferred from a different vet in Canterbury. All the staff are friendly, caring, and professional. I know my cat is in the safest hands when I bring her here. Peter is always so kind and patient.

We were seen as an emergency when my dog's eye deteriorated (ulcer) They fitted us in without an appointment twice on consecutive days, brilliant advice and care - and the girls on reception were kind and so helpful - I was even made a cuppa as I was there so long! Would HIGHLY recommend!
