Great family owned bakery, freshly baked produce daily and open at midnight most days, Perfect on the way home after a night out on the tools.
Very good family run bakery. Very good bread and great cakes/muffins/pastries Also very nice pasties and savoury snacks for a quick lunch. Staff is super friendly!
Lewis is a top lad from Plough Bakery. It's got a great variety of both sweet and savoury baked goods and they're definitely better than Greggs. It opens at midnight on most days and closes in the early afternoon which is unusual but makes for a great midnight snack spot. They mentioned that some of the meat can be Halal (but depends on their supplier) which is just another reason to definitely stop by!
I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Plough Bakery, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional, making me feel welcomed and valued from the moment I walked in. The staff was not only friendly and attentive but also highly knowledgeable about their offerings, providing excellent recommendations that catered to my taste.
As for the food, it was simply divine. The pastries were fresh, flaky, and bursting with flavor. The selection was impressive, ranging from classic croissants and muffins to unique, artisan creations that showcased the bakers' creativity and skill. I particularly enjoyed the Carrot cake, which was a perfect blend of textures and tastes.
Overall, the plough exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of top-notch service and delectable food makes it a must-visit for anyone in the area. I highly recommend stopping by for a delightful treat and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
