I had a problem with my car and reached out to Jordan, who was able to fit me in on short notice. Not only did he get the job done quickly, but he also finished the job 2 days ahead of schedule. Used JPW Autos for first time to carry out a quite specialised repair on BMW 435i. Jordan clearly has considerable experience with cars of this calibre. His communication was excellent. I called JPW Autos needing an urgent MOT as I had lost track of time and it had expired. I was able to drop my car off that evening around 8pm for an MOT the very next day. I also asked for a full service.
The next day the MOT and Service were complete, I was able to pay over the phone and then collect my car in the evening about 11pm after work.
When I collected my car not only had it had a full MOT and Service but a full clean inside and out. Absolutely fantastic!
Would highly recommend for anyone who needs flexible drop off/pick up times due to work. Also anyone who wants brilliant customer service. The cost was also very competitive especially for the added value you would not get at other garages
