Before I moved to epsom this was my local. I came here for a meal today and the service and staff were lovely. Beautiful food and warm cosy atmosphere. We are coming here again in January. You can’t beat the quality of the food here and the service. Thank you.
Update - the grumpy mole did a fantastic job with my Nans wake yesterday the staff went above and beyond and the whole experience was very lovely. Thank you so much to all the team at grumpy mole. We really appreciate it.
We also came here for my partners birthday. He had the steak on the stone and what a fantastic experience. The food here is top quality and the staff are so lovely. They go above and beyond here.
We've been a number of times over the years. We keep going back because the food is delicious, the steak and kidney pudding is my favourite, the calves liver is a very close second. Service is friendly and professional. And we're not hurried in any way. It's always a thoroughly enjoyable meal.
Attended a Platinum Wedding Anniversary meal here for sixteen people. Good choices on the menu and truthfully one of the best meals l have ever had. Service, presentation & quality of food excellent. A lovely building and atmosphere, highly recommended.

We were there for a wedding reception. The staff were extremely friendly, polite and did a fantastic job.
The food was delicious! I can't say more.... Other than try it for yourself.
