We celebrated our daughter’s 3rd birthday party at Giggleville and thought it was the perfect venue. The size of the space is ideal for birthday parties. Great side room for the kids to have the birthday food and cake: Also plenty of room for the adults to sit round the soft play for a tea / coffee. Staff were extremely helpful with any questions beforehand and any set up on the day. All the work is taken care of for you for a stress free birthday party. Most importantly the kids had a fantastic time.

My daughter had an amazing birthday at giggleville! We had visited near her birthday and knew that this was the venue we wanted for her mermaid party. The staff are very accommodating , informative, approachable & pleasant, and the party had been easy to book and set up without any issues.

The venue is decorated beautifully and is very clean and well thought out, other parents had commented on the relaxed but fun nature of the place and had told me they wanted to come again. The set out of the soft play means that you are able to keep an eye on your little ones without having to venture in to check on them (unless wanting to).

Furthermore, as a coffee lover I must add I found the coffee to be better than Costa or Starbucks!!

We booked Giggleville for my daughter's 4th birthday party and could I not recommend it enough. Communication from Anastasia was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and she constantly kept me in the loop. When we arrived the venue was clean and decorated beautifully, with balloons and a birthday banner plus party music to add to the atmosphere. They'd really thought of everything including a tables for presents and party bags. The party room set up for eating was gorgeous and the food was devoured by all (we went for the pizza/ sausage rolls/ crudites/ muffins option). They also catered for all dietary requirements including children with nut allergies, those who were vegetarians and for someone who was vegan.
Everyone had such a great time (especially the birthday girl)- we had so many compliments about the venue from the parents and I'm sure they will be returning in the near future. Thanks to the Giggleville team for a brilliant experience.

Just took my son for his first time at the soft play, it was very clean and my son enjoyed it. We also used the cafe facilities which was good too.
It is small but there's enough to keep them busy. My son is nearly 4 I think the soft play is good for 5 and under.
We have good fun, especially with the ball pool and trampoline

We booked Giggleville for our Son’s 5th party and he had a great day! The party was Pokémon theme and the room had all been decorated amazingly! Everything was ready for when we turned up and the staff also tidied up so we could leave once the party had finished. The children had such a fun time playing in the soft play and I’m sure we will be celebrating more birthdays there. Would definitely recommend!
