Lyndsey has been an amazing English tutor for my daughter, who had lost her love and confidence for the subject after her mock exams. Lyndsey was such a calming influence but at the same time so motivational with her obvious enthusiasm and love of the subject.We would not hesitate to use Lyndsey again in the future.

Lyndsey is a teacher with a difference. She is enthiastic and easy to get on with. When our first child struggled with High School we decided to home school but were so lost to know what to do and how to do it! Lyndsey gave us direction and my son passed his maths and English Gcses privately thanks to her amazing tuition and giving our son confidence again. He then went on to 6th form. My other son also came out of school and Lyndsey supported him too and he has done the same and will be starting 6th form in September. Lyndsey also helped our daughter with her 11+ at primary school and I have no doubt that we will meet paths with Lyndsey again in the future. The support Lyndsey has provided my son in the past year has been exceptional. My sons first years of school were impacted by Covid so we sought some extra support for him. 1st Edition Tuition was the right choice as Lyndsey took the time to understand my concerns but also to get to know my son to provide the best possible learning experience for him. Lyndsey keeps him engaged every week and we can really see a difference in his attitude to learning and in his school work!

My confidence in maths was extremely low throughout school but since starting with Lyndsey in year 10 it boosted dramatically.
