I can't recommended Mike & Abbotstone Pest Control highly enough. We initially wasted 2 months working through multiple pest control businesses who would do a bad job and just disappear. We were losing all faith in the industry when we were referred to Abbotstone Pest Control by someone who had a similar experience. From Mike's first visit it was clear that we had found someone who would solve our problems. Mike is incredibly thorough, he comes with years of experience and know-how but doesn't assume every case is the same and invests hours assessing the problem and looking for the root cause rather than a quick fix. We knew our problem wasn't ever going to be an overnight fix but once we found Abbotstone Pest Control and had Mike working with us, we always had confidence that it would be rectified and we were always thankful for methodical and transparent approach. Each visit was action-orientated and when we needed to bring in other contractors for drainage work Mike worked closely with them to ensure alignment. In situations which are obviously stressful and upsetting to have around your home, Mike is very reassuring and empathetic and works through the problem with you - providing you with a clear explanation of where the problem is coming from and how to fix it permanently. If you're unfortunate enough to require a pest controller, that least you're fortunate enough to be reading Abbotstone Pest Control's reviews and have found the right place to rectify your issues.

Gave us lots of advice, even gave us a push on his 2nd visit to ensure we get some of his recommendations carried out, which was exactly the push we needed! Absolutely fantastic. We had a rat issue that I had tried numerous methods to get on top of. Adam came and did a really thorough job of assessing for entry/exit points, finding the most frequently visited areas and then dealing with the problem! Within a week of his first visit the house was silent at night and he did another really thorough check on his second visit, topping up bait as required. Communication was excellent throughout and Adam was really accommodating to timings I required. Thoroughly recommend this company!

Very helpful and professional. Short notice request was not helpful for ASW but they visited very promptly and stated sorting out our problem which has gone away. Good advice for future and very dependable. A great local company doing a great job. Happy to support.

Excellent service. Was being seen to by Rob. Made us feel very nice and secure after the work was completed. Was very friendly and down to earth also. Even after the first visit I believe he and Simon were able to deal with the issue. Told us what we can do on our end to deal with the entry points.
