Very happy that I called Warren. I phoned at 2pm and he was with me by 2.30. I have a very solid expensive composite door and the cylinder lock just kept turning. Rather than risk damaging the front door he gained access by drilling out the rear garden door. Then he replaced the faulty front door lock and the garden door lock. Good quick efficient service. Excellent service, very pleased. I was having a nightmare getting copies of my master keys, I tried various key cutting companies and it didn’t work. This meant multiple trips back and forth for a year until I found this company. I got them to change my lock and create copies of the keys. This was done efficiently and customer service was excellent. I am finally able to give copies of keys to my lodgers. It was really becoming difficult after multiple shops couldn’t cut the key right. We had a problem with our main door lock. Sonny asked for video and pictures of the lock issue to give us exact cost. He was also available to fix it quickly as well. Once he was here he fixed few other small work at no extra cost that was a kind of him. I would highly recommend his service.

I had an excellent experience with Paul and his apprentice, Wojtek, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They were polite, prompt, and patient throughout the entire process. Despite the challenging situation of a drilled barrel lock on our patio door (so no where to put a key and unlock the door), Paul's expertise shone through as he as carefully dismantled the lock, opened the door, and installed a new lock. I had a great experience with Paul from Lockfast. I accidentally snapped my key in my bedroom door, but fortunately Paul came to the rescue. He first gave me a great tip over the phone not to close the door, or else I'd lock myself out. He showed up prepared after I sent him some photos of the lock, and even though it was a tough job because my lock and handles are pretty old, he managed to fix it in just a few minutes. He also cut me a new key from the broken one since I didn’t have a spare. Plus, he fixed another door that I couldn’t lock properly, which was making me feel unsafe at home. Paul was super polite and kept me updated throughout the whole process, which really put me at ease. What really stands out about Paul and the Lockfast team is how reliable and quick they are, not to mention their reasonable prices. Went into the shop today and the man was very helpful, I wouldn't go anywhere else to have keys cut. Since i have been using this company for a few years now. I have had house keys and my work keys cut ( about 20 + keys). They cut the keys right first time, every time. They are very professional and give a great service. Highly recommended – I cannot stress this enough. Eugene came over, spent 10 minutes assessing the broken lock mechanism, found a replacement, asked if I was happy with the price, then ordered it and fitted it the next day in another 10 minutes. First-class job! No wonder why all 5 stars reviews :)

In an attempt to keep one of the cats I was cat sitting inside as I was leaving, I accidentally shut myself out with my keys still in the lock from the inside. I called HomeSafe-Locksmith. They came out in 5 minutes and managed to get it sorted quite quickly without having to bring out the big tools. Lock (and cats) were all still intact and well. Good price, too - cheaper than most locksmiths, definitely recommend.

Called on a Sunday morning and round in 15 mins, had the lock out and new one in, just 1 hour. Very fast and very friendly, he had to order sum new parts he keep me in the know if won’t was going on 👍. Came back on Friday and was all done in 30 mins door is working batter now then it was new. 👍

We were having trouble with the locking mechanism on our double front doors. Richard attended, on a Saturday, within 90 mins and proceeded to check and lubricate the mechanism and adjusted the door alignment and handle fitment. Now works perfectly, and so much smoother and better than it has for years. Great service.
