Chris was the 1st to respond to our request and was able to come as soon as we could fit it in. He was very efficient and ensured all things were tried, starting from the easiest fix first. Our front door turned out to be more problematic as was caused by multiple issues. However, he persevered to resolve it for us so a new door was avoided which we were really grateful for.
