I could not recommend ASL Security Locks more! The service I received was nothing short of exceptional. After having another company give me a lead time of 6 days, ASL were able to get out and provide and fit a new door the very next morning, having spoken late in the day. I needed a brand new door after having the old one knocked in. John reassured me this would be no problem and completed as soon as possible. The master craftsman Henry, who came the next morning to do the work, was also exceptional – a true expert. This was not the easiest job on the top floor of the building, but sensing how vital it was, it was completed that day. He found a way to make it work. He was polite, knowledgeable, and most importantly, amazing at his job, a true perfectionist. He completed the job and left us feeling secure again. Amazing work.

After an attempted break-in which badly damaged my front door, I feel I was very fortunate to find ASL (by googling). They very quickly replaced the door with a much stronger one with all required locks, hinge bolts etc and at a price that the insurer’s loss adjusters found to be reasonable. They were very friendly and helpful, as I had absolutely no experience of dealing with a damaged front door. Really appreciated!
