Eddie came to repair some door handles and locks that were sticking and hard to use at our new house. We couldn’t be more impressed with his service!
From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly established what the problems were, explaining what needed to be done to get everything working smoothly again. He followed this up quickly with a written quote that we felt was of good value.
On the day of the repairs, Eddie’s work was efficient and thorough and he took great care to make sure everything was secure and functioning properly, cleaning up at the end of the job. The doors now open and close without a hitch.
We would highly recommend Lock It Security for any locksmith needs, especially if you need door repairs and don’t want to splash out on new doors and locks! Eddie's expertise, attention to detail and great customer service truly set his company apart from the rest.
Eddie quickly repaired one broken window lock, serviced another so that the window now opens very easily, as well as servicing a side door so that now opens, shuts and locks with ease! As before, he turned up when he said he would, explained the options and left everything tidy- thanks Eddie!
Cannot recommend Eddie at Lock It Security enough; he was quick to respond to my enquiry, let me know he was on his way, super friendly/easy going and totally transformed my upvc doors. Both doors were difficult to lock/unlock, draughty, let the rain in and now they shut quietly, the locks GLIDE with zero effort, zero draught/rain and well worth the money paid to repair/service them.

Eddie was prompt to respond and turned up on time. He adjusted 2 doors for us, replaced the gearbox and lock barrel on one of the doors. It was a great overall experience, I would highly recommend him.
Absolutely fantastic service. Porch door lock was broken and we could not get out of the house. Not only did Eddie come out the same morning and fix the lock issue he also realigned the door and cleaned all the locks resulting in the door being better than it ever has been.
