Food is very good and very reasonably priced compared to other pubs in the area. Hearty portions, well presented. Service is friendly and efficient. A good range of reasonably priced real ales, well kept and always changing. Definitely not a chain pub!
met some friends in victoria country park to give the dogs a run.then went back to the PRINCE CONSORT for some food and drinks,had a lovely meal and the pub is dog friendly so everyone gad a great time,very good customer service,thank you all for a great evening 😀
Great price and portions sizes that'll leave you stuck in your seat for a good 20 mins after finishing. The location is great too and the staff were super friendly. Bonus points for making a fuss of my puppy. If he understood reviews, he'd give it 5 stars too.
Lovely visit today to The Price Consort while on a bike ride to Victoria Country Park. We popped in to have a pub lunch at about 1:30- there was no seating inside available but there was plenty of room outside on the decking which was lovely in the sun! Food came out quickly and was very generous for the price! 👏😍 The only thing was the chips weren't quite cooked as much as we would have expected, but were still edible and were eaten 🤌🤌 Staff were lovely as well 😊
Just had an excellent lunch with my daughter, this is above your usual pub grub. Real home cooked food, not out of the freezer and the staff have the right balance of being attentive and giving you space. Definitely on the list to return.
