Ryan and Gaz came to mine to install some garden lights, they were punctual, polite and professional throughout. They cleaned up, updated me throughout and price wise was cheaper. For further electrical work I will be contacting McKenzie Electrical! I have also recommended him to my friends and family!

Ryan came out to address an issue with my central heating controls. He was prompt to come out and quickly assessed the issue. Even though the issue may not have been as a result of his previous work for me, he nevertheless corrected it to ensure that we had a fully functioning system. I was delighted with the work he carried out and find him to be professional and courteous. I would recommend him for similar works.

We had an issue with the wiring in our detached garage which was causing the power to the house to trip. Ryan came with a colleague and within minutes they identified the cause. The wiring to the garage was initially done 32yrs ago and needed a total re-wire. (Which other electricians had stated) We had a realistic budget for the job and Ryan’s quote was within it. They both turned up on time, and immediately set to work. During which Ryan talked through any issues. It was completed to a very high standard and within the quote. They left taking all rubbish and leaving everywhere clean. Certainly use Ryan again.

Ryan and his team have completed a number of jobs for me over the last few years. They are always friendly and genuinely nice guys. Ryan has excellent communication skills and talks you through your options about the job in hand. All of the work is completed in a timely manner to a very high standard and the area where the work has been completed is always left clean and tidy. The prices are good too. What more can anyone ask for? Always a very satisfactory experience.

We have employed McKenzie Electrical on 3 seperate occassions. First time to replace all existing ceiling lights, second time to install new TVs and provde a home electrical wiring test and most recently to replace alarm system with an internet based system. Each time we had a very fair price with exceptional care and percision in their work. Both Ryan and Gaz are really polite and considerate men brilliant at their job we are extremely happy with the results. We highly recommend them both as electricians, there seems to be no problem they can't overcome and as clean and tidy workers who are very considerate of their customers circumstances. 5 * all the way.
