Ahmed and his team arrived promptly and provided consistent updates and simple explanations of what was required. They were super polite, friendly, professional, and provided an excellent price for the work.

Had some work done today by Ahmed & his aprentice & from the moment they arrived at my door on time as stated with a friendly Hello nice to meet you I knew I'd made the right choice. Extremely polite, professional taking pride in there work & respecting your home even cleaning up afterwards. If your happy they are happy. Customer satisfaction 100% I would definitely recommend Plug so what you waiting for give Plug & Ahmed a ring & like me you'll know the choice was right.

Ahmed was very professional and friendly. He kept me well informed of when he could come and do the work at my flat. He did an electrical safety check and replaced a faulty fan. The job was done neatly and Ahmed was lovely to communicate with. Would recommend. Thanks!
