Overall, a decent stay at this place for a week. We had a few things wrong with the room we were placed in (AC broken, water smelling TERRIBLE, leaking shower, etc) and they were able to move us to a different room which was less problematic, but still problematic. I would say they need to overhaul a lot of their rooms and do more maintenance.

I loved how close to the train it was. It made it SUPER convenient to get into central London. That is by far the best part about this place. Decent views as well if you're able to get a room high enough. Also, the elevators are super fast!
