This restaurant is located at the corner of Westbourne Grove and Hereford Road in Notting Hill, about a 15mins walk from the underground station, making it easy to find. If you plan to visit on a weekend, I recommend making a reservation,otherwise, you might end up waiting outside for about 20 mins like we did.
The atmosphere and decor of the restaurant are quite nice. We ordered their signature Sunday pancake, a burger, and a matcha latte. While the matcha latte was very disappointing, the other dishes were quite good.
However, the staffs were mostly lazy and forgetful, and their smiles were lacking.
Overall, it was a mixed experience!
Went there for a birthday brunch, and definitely was so worth it. The staff were so kind and made us feel very welcome. Very attentive to detail too. The food was good although I expected the bread to be better and more toasted (it just felt cold and not really what we expected for the price). The potatoes were unbelievably good - probably the best part for me. My partner had the steak with eggs and was absolutely stunning! Will be coming back!
Lovely breakfast options, very tasty and flavourful. Share the pancake, it's ginormous.
The decor and interiors are very welcoming. The attention to detail is immaculate.
We got the beef sandwich and scramble and they were alright. I enjoyed the eggs the most since they were done well w/ a perfect grating of cheese on top. The waitresses were lovely and mostly attentive. I’d come back again to try the pancakes since they look divine but definitely more of a place u come to for the vibes !
