Ken came round promptly after a call earlier today and completed a light and extractor fan fitting, smoke alarm change and light switch swap at a reasonable rate. He was friendly, professional and efficient and did an excellent job, allowing for my changes without making a fuss. I would definitely use him again and recommend him highly.
Ken restored the function of my heater that had packed up quite a while ago. He was professional and very knowledgeable in his craft and gave me valuable advice regarding some of my electrical appliances. My heater was restored in time for this cold snap.
I bought 2 lamp holders without electrical fittings from a charity shop a few years ago, and 2 shades to go with it recently but they did not fit together. Ken was super helpful looking at the best fittings to make them work when other people told me before it would not be possible. They work now and look stunning! He was also super responsive! I will definitely use him again.
