I called ABE Electrical Ltd on Saturday morning to replace a faulty socket for our freezer & tumble drier. Regan attended at 2.00pm(Saturday) as arranged and within 30 minutes everything was back working. I found him to be very professional,tidy,polite & helpful. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a qualified electrician.

Andy kindly came to check a series of lights in our kitchen when we were having issues with them. He called me prior to arriving, letting me know when to expect him and then thoroughly checked each light for any issues. He also offered to check our fire alarms and fuse box whilst he was there. A reliable and pleasant guy and would recommend - thanks again!

Samar provided an excellent service from the initial enquiry, the question and quote stage, and on the day of installation. Samar remained on site from installing the EV charger right through to ensuring it was recognised by the HIVE app. He didn’t leave the site until the charger was useable which involved contacting HIVE multiple times and logging into the laptop to manage the options and set up. Samar also made a very neat job of both the inside electrics as well as on the exterior, avoiding any visible wires. This was much appreciated as this would have shown on the white render. All paperwork and certificates followed through on the same day. I couldn’t recommend Samar more highly.

Having just downsized I was anxious for an electrician to complete several tasks at my new home. I phoned 10 from various advertised sites and only 2 answered my call; one could start in 2 months time whilst the only other one actually arrived 2 days later. DJK electrical have been excellent. We had a few electrical issues at home and asked for recommendations to fix them. They suggested sensible fixes and at a reasonable price. I cannot recommend Rob and his team at Absolute Electrical highly enough. We have used them a number of times, from a full electrical installation on an extension at our previous property to a full reworking of our current property. In between Rob has always been on hand either on the phone or dropping in to help with any issues that went beyond my limited DIY skills. I was very impressed with Rob's professionalism and knowledge of his trade. It is all too rare these days to find someone who is committed and goes above and beyond to be helpful. The research he did in laying the foundations for a complicated job, with a courtesy on-site visit, as well as several hours' worth of investigation to find a solution to replace architectural lighting with an equally soft, frosted effect, was invaluable. I contacted Rob in the early hours of the morning when our burglar alarm activated and wouldn’t turn off. My call woke him up, yet he was on my doorstep within 15 minutes. He rectified the problem within 5 minutes and charged what I considered to be a very reasonable rate. I won’t hesitate to contact him for future electrical work (poor chap) and hopefully next time it will be in normal working hours!

From the very beginning of the job Rob outlined not only what was required to pass building regulations for our extension, but also his ideas on how we should have the electrics. The lights are separated into zones, which we can control from three different sets of switches, together with dimmers, and under unit lighting. He also ran cat 6 cabling through out the house as I wanted the house hard wired for reliable internet. We have been really impressed with both his work, and how professional he is. We will definitely be choosing Absolute Electrical ISC again.
