Outstanding Service
We had carefully researched what kind of boiler we needed as a replacement; the Worcester 28CDi compact seemed the best. The old boiler was dying very considerately - no hot water but central heating so no panic to replace. The engineer from M T Buxton came and assessed our needs he was very professional, knowledgeable and confirmed our choice as the best for the size of the property.
The boiler was fitted within a fortnight. Kev Thompson was the fitter he came at 8.10 am and left at 8.20 pm! I honestly believed that workmen like Kev were now extinct. I'm in my 70's so life has taught me to be very cynical. Kev never stopped, he encountered a problem with an old badly fitted radiator but he would not leave until everything worked perfectly. He made no mess and cleaned up beautifully.
The boiler is working very efficiently and we saw, on the smart meter, that we are saving just over £4 a day in gas charges.
I could not recommend M T Buxton and the boiler highly enough both are superb.

For our previous landlord, M T Buxton were the go-to company when we as tenants reported repairs. Whoever came each time was always very friendly and maintained good hygiene measures after the pandemic hit. They never dragged anything on longer than necessary and everything was always done to a very good standard. Now having become homeowners ourselves, we would have loved to have them as our go-to company too, were it not for the distance being an issue. Highly recommend!

Buxtons supplied and fitted a new Logic gas boiler to our home in January. Their engineer was very professional and kept disruption to a minimum. Extra work involved connecting to our existing radiators and bathroom shower. Work was discussed beforehand and needs were carried out to a very high standard. We highly recommend this company and will use their services for keep our boiler serviced over the 12 year guarantee. Great job thanks.
