Sarah is an incredible microblading brow artist. I saw Sarah's work on Instagram and absolutely loved it immediately. You could see the year of experience through the pictures of the work that she had carried out over the years. I was nervous at first but after researching for about 2 years I was convinced that I found the right artist. I'm usually very picky and do not get happy easily. I was a bit nervous at first as this would have been my first time but as soon as I stepped in the salon Sarah made me feel at ease straight away. To begin my treatment, I completed a questionnaire which was just about my health in general and any allergies then my new shape was measured and the colour discussed before a numbing cream was applied to my brows. Sarah is also very friendly and chatty which made time pass very quickly and also did not feel the blade at all. Sarah used a sterilised disposable blade and she explained everything in detail before even starting. She does give you absolutely control of what you want and also offers her professional opinion if you are not sure what would suit you which was absolutely spot on. She checked the brows over and over again and made sure that they were perfect before I left and if I wanted any tweaks she did it straight away. I was very impressed by Sarah's professionalism and cannot wait for my 4 week touch up and then the actual final result. They look incredible on the first day so I am very excited to see what they would look once the whole healing process ends. Sarah provided me also with the aftercare and also was more than happy to message her if unsure so the aftercare is not just a leaflet but also Sarah being available in case you are not sure if you are doing things right. I was also surprised that it did not hurt at all. Just a bit of a stinging feeling which goes after a few seconds. The only question I’ve been asking myself since is: why didn’t I get this done sooner?

I've not used the beauty/ hairdressing side of this business, but I can recommend the cafe and gift store they have within the building.
They make great sausage & bacon cobs, very reasonably priced. I have not tried much else from the menu, but it looks good when it comes out to other tables.The coffee is very nice too. They have various milks for vegans and people with intolerance.
Cakes are delicious.

There is a selection of handbags, candles,wall plaques, soft toys etc. within the gift side of the store.

Lovely friendly staff. Very professional and took their time doing my first set of acrylics. Emma was brilliant explaining each step . Definitely worth the money and time .
