As a dental phobic I can only give the highest praise for this practice. I always feel welcome and everything that can be done to make me comfortable is done, whilst always being professional. Not easy, but this practice excels.
Always a pleasure to attend Derwent Street Dental Practice. Excellent treatment and advice and always with the upmost care and professionalism. Always stress free when attending appointments and always has been. It’s not like going to to the dentist!
Excellent experience. First registration appointment was thorough, with clear communication throughout. Managed my ‘dental patient nerves’ with sensitivity, and put me at my ease. Would definitely recommend.
Edit: Follow up appointment now completed. Restoration of two front teeth via composite bonding. Excellent quality, indistinguishable from my natural teeth (including colour matching). Highly recommended.
The practice has a lovely atmosphere. All the staff are helpful and friendly. Having not visited a dentist for many years, I was very nervous but Greg was really kind and explained everything clearly. I left very happy and I am no longer nervous of visiting the dentist.
From walking through the door and the friendly professional greeting to walking out I am unable to fault my experience.
This was my first visit and an emergency appointment as I was suffering from toothache.
The dentist was very approachable did the tests and x-rays and gave me my options. I opted for removal. Never had one before, was quite anxious but the nurse put my mind at rest, 5 min later I was walking out, I honestly felt nothing.
Highly recommended (dentist was, I believe called Greg)
