Amazing service tonight from Nathan at Harris. Phoned Nathan at 2030 this evening after having issues with our fuse board and he arrived at our property within 20 minutes in good spirit, un effected and ready to crack on which I personally thought was above and beyond for starters after learning he had a newborn daughter at home. Nothing was too much or too little for Nathan and he is retuning out of hours tomorrow to replace the fuse board. A very humble chap with a with a lot of care and knowledge to spread. Would 100% recommend and we will 100% use again, and from now on. Many thanks Nathan, you have really put our minds at ease.
Booked Harris Electrical in for CNS Media who came in and fitted some additional floor boxes as well as linking up some RJ45 ports from the floor boxes into our comms cabinet. He went out of his way to work out of hours to ensure noise was kept to a minimum and to not disrupt the working day. Couldn't have asked for better service and would definitely recommend to anybody else.
Can’t rate this guy highly enough. I had a bit of a late night electrical emergency with my main fuse box tripping, power off all over the house and two very unhappy children. Other places I rang were happy to come out and charge a call out fee but the lovely bloke at Harris Electrical talked me through some trouble shooting and I was able to restore power.
Good old fashioned professionalism and honesty and they’ve won a new customer next time I have an issue.
Would highly recommend.
