Contacted at ~5pm on Sunday evening with description of a shared neutral issue impacting two lights in our house. Definitive Electrical arrived at 9am the following morning (today) and fixed the issue in about 45 minutes. I can't remember the names but they were efficient, polite, friendly and careful with possessions/property. One of the easiest interactions I've had with a contractor from start to finish. Super quick response to my initial request. Carl turned up the next day, at time agreed, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Great experience and reasonable price, will definitely keep their number in my phone for future requirements.
Excellent service. I needed a ECIA test carrying out and they did it the day after I called. On the day of the inspection I needed some work doing which they had time to do. Very professional, polite, thorough and well priced. Would definitely recommend.
