I had the worst day ever today and I called the garage stating I was running late. The kind lady on the phone said they are still taking customers. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and the service is impeccable! Thank you so much all and please continue your great work!

I recently took my car for its MOT, marking the second time I’ve booked with this service. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could schedule my MOT just an hour before my appointment, which was incredibly convenient. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff and engineers were friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, not at all grubby, and the waiting area was warm and inviting. I particularly appreciated the complimentary cup of coffee while I waited. One standout feature was the usher who ensured that my car was safe and that I was kept in the loop during my visit. I was seen in a timely manner and received proper updates regarding any further repairs needed for my vehicle and guess what you only pay if your car passes the MOT - love it! Overall, I strongly recommend this MOT service. The combination of excellent customer service, cleanliness, and efficiency made for a great experience.

This is my first time doing MOT here and I was recommended by a colleague and I'm so glad I went here. The staff were friendly and professional, the service was very efficient. Great despite being very busy - quick and a pass without any fuss - but if one fails there’s no cost. Much prefer a dedicated MOT centre to a garage with incentive to add things on - they where charming and complimentary about the car (apologies for the gentleman’s name) will be back!

Very professional. This is the best test centre I have ever used. I had a 7:00am appointment and was told it would last 30 mins, 7:29am I was driving my car to work. I highly recommend. Keep up the good work.
