What a lovely cosy place this is very well presented food at a good price nice friendly staff . Nice warm and welcoming atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit

What a wonderful addition to Cleckheaton's cafe lineup - warm, welcoming and utterly charming. The atmosphere created by the aesthetic of the decor and 'rat pack' playlist was appealing, the food was cooked to perfection (ordered: two full breakfasts, two pots of tea and a vanilla slice and chocolate fudge cake to take away) and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. However, due to the constraints of the location, the layout of the seating did mean the room felt very close - it was just the three of us but we could see that, as soon as this wonderful cafe becomes more popular, it could get very crowded, very quickly. It deserves all the attention, thanks to a cracking menu at decent prices (with a small premium for those eating in) and I wish it all the success in the world.

Delicious food and very friendly customer service.

An amazing shop I came in in its first few days of being open and I really enjoyed the food I had here. Well cooked, not burned, tasted lovely! The staff were polite and even though the building itself only seems small it's beautifully laid out and the decorations and effort put in really shows which makes it have such a unique vibe. Ps bit of a silly one but I'm really loving the clock in the window such a unique idea again! I would 100% recommend this for a quick bite to eat or a small meal. Absolutely amazing! 5/5 stars Well worth the price too in my opinion. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have been aware of the cafe for a while but never had opportunity to visit. Today we noticed they have expanded, having renovations and got "Eve's Scoops" running. We asked if they were open and got the most amazing ice creams. Cakes offered and expanding to waffles and other treats. No menu as yet as still in early stages. Really pleasant staff. Little treasure trove for the summer

I stopped and ate at Eve’s cafe and have been pleasantly surprised by their menu. Soup and breakfast is served to those around me and I myself had scones and coffee which were the best ever. Served at my table. Warmed scones with jam and cream and cocoa powder topping. Excellent service. I ate indoors but there is a covered area outside which looks pleasant. The outlook over the memorial gardens was very lovely and the atmosphere and banter was entertaining too. 😀

have been here plenty of times for breakfast always lovely food and the coffes are lovely, cold sandwiches are also top notch, much better food than some of the more expensive cafes in the area

Went with the girls for a Christmas catch up. Fab food, great selections and beautifully decorated.

Visited Friday afternoon for lunch with my parents who’ve never been before. They were very impressed! Delicious food all beautifully presented and huge portions! The chicken burgers were huge and tasted delicious. My mum loved her chicken kebab and my daughters were equally happy with their meals. We all struggled to finish our mains but we were determined not to waste anything it was so good. We finished by sharing a couple of the desserts, again lovingly presented and absolutely delicious. It was my parent’s first visit here and my dad takes some impressing but he loved it, commenting on how much care the chef had taken with his dessert (and all the dishes). Pretty sure they’ll be back soon.

I call into Cafe Noir a few times a week , including weekends and find the food very good , the cafe is clean and well set out, The staff are very friendly and helpful. Great place to have something warm and tasty.

Really nice staff and very good service. Nice large full english. Good portion size with hash browns & spam. Shame you don’t get a cuppa with it. The sausages are very cheap & nasty though.. they’re like chip shop ones. Maybe put it out there to pay £1 extra for butchers sausage instead of catering sausage. Awful. And this is personal preference but cutting toast into triangles is not for me, you can’t make a butty 😂

Had a lovely breakfast here with my mum. Food was delicious, we both had a bacon sandwiches. Very fresh and tasty. Staff were attentive and friendly. Highly recommend.

I love this little cafe on a weekend, great prices and staff always friendly. Great to have something so local that you can just walk to.
