Jake arrived early, reconfirmed his quote and set straight to work. Made a great job of it (and even changed round the shower buttons that the previous workman had got wrong). All in all a fantastic job I will definitely recommend him to all of my friends and family. He will be my 'go to' electrician for any work from now on.

Even more so, I want to mention how brilliant he was before he even arrived at our house: I had a million questions about what model would be suitable for us, and he answered them all promptly and patiently, which really helped us to make our choice.
