Hassan is hands down the best plumber I’ve ever worked with! From the start, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done to a high standard, and even took the time to explain everything clearly. One thing I really appreciated was how trustworthy he is—I was able to leave him alone in my apartment, and he treated it with total respect. He’s also extremely reliable and always showed up when he said he would. What really impressed me is that he even returned to the apartment when I requested, at no extra cost, just to double-check a few things. That kind of care and service is rare these days! Can’t recommend enough. Changed 26 spotlights and my old smoke alarm quickly and professionally. Really pleased with how they have turned out. Cleaned up after himself also which was a nice bonus haha. Will 100% be using him again.

Has went above and beyond the call of duty to replace two taps and assist with a tricky install of a concealed cistern toilet. He was always quick to respond to any issues that arose, and made multiple trips to source materials and get everything perfect. Can’t recommend his service more!
