Only ever had good experiences with WaterGuys. Scott’s always replied quickly and he’s totally transparent about what options I’ve got, the possible costs of each and the pros and cons of fixing the problem a particular way. Most recent work was to fix a broken valve and he was over and had the problem fixed in a couple of days.

They have advised me on all my options, taking into considering timeframe and cost – so that I could make a well informed decision on my next best steps. I now have them on speed dial for my next plumber problem kicks off!

As always WaterGuys provided the best service. Scott came out within 30 minutes of us ringing to make them aware of the issue and he fixed the problem in no time at all. Having had some issues in the past with other plumbers in the Marylebone area, these guys are the most professional and the best at what they do. Not only this, but Scott explained how everything worked and what to do if we face any issues in the future. Best service I’ve had from a plumber, thanks Scott.
