Jimmys communication was perfect, he tried to help solve the problem over the phone then booked to attend my property. He attended in a timely manner, was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond his remit and I am greatly appreciative of his service. Cost was extremely affordable and his customer service was perfect. Jimmy is an exceptional plumber, and I highly recommend him. He arrived promptly and completed the work to a very high standard. He installed two new radiators, taking great care to ensure they were level and regularly checking that I was happy with his progress. He was very tidy, cleaning up and even painted around the rawl plugs. After the installation, when he turned the boiler on for the first time since summer, we discovered a leak caused by a builder who had drilled through a pipe in another part of the house. Jimmy quickly found the leak and replaced the damaged pipe at no additional cost.
